One of the first things after the euphoria of the success at siggraph to ebb, was the realization that we have a huge task a head of us. Developing a good project plan as we did for the preview is the first thing we needed to do.
Today evening we had our meeting to review the status of our project. Are we on-target, behind target, identify what areas need more effort and resources etc.
A talented global team of working on a project part-time has its benefits and pitfalls. And we are learning the challenges as we move on this project and adapting. This is our first evaluation of the and some of the lessons we learnt.
